We currently ship physical products (lockets, padukas, and related devotional items) across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at sevamrit108@gmail.com.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Naam seva bookings may have a separate processing timeline as communicated at the time of booking.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-metro/remote areas: 6–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value, as communicated on the Website from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details, wherever available, so you can track your shipment.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Sevamrit is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges due to incorrect address may be borne by the customer.
